The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has LEAKS - Jim McDonnell Will Sweep Them Out

By Michael Douglas Carlin
MichaelDouglasCarlin@gmail.com

I am very impressed with how quickly the Greg Kading/Reggie Wright Jr. camp gets information from within their law enforcement sources. Kading knew about Russell Poole's meeting minutes after it was set up and Reggie Wright Jr. (Remember that Michael Moore tells of hearing “Got-em” come over Reggie Wright Jr.’s radio at the time Tupac and Suge were shot.[1]) released a video on YouTube[2] a few hours after Russell Poole passed with every detail of the meeting and what was talked about inside of Sheriff's Headquarters.

If you doubt the leaks look at this:

August 19, 1:34 P.M. “We have received word that news is circulating in the LAPD that former LAPD detective Russell Poole has supposedly suffered an apparent heart attack during a meeting with LA County Sheriff’s Department officials, and has reportedly passed away, according to a reliable source.”[3]

August 19, 11:08 P.M. "Murder Rap has obtained exclusive information about Wednesday morning's shocking and untimely death of former LAPD detective Russell Poole, which occurred as he attended a meeting with the LA County Sheriff's Department - a story that we were first to break here on this page. Major news outlets have since reported that the meeting today between Poole and the LASD was regarding a "cold case." However, we can now reveal that we have known for several weeks that this meeting would be regarding the Biggie and Tupac murder investigations, specifically. Poole was trying to impress upon the Sheriff's department that they should either reduce or mitigate Suge Knight's current second-degree murder charges (for the homicide of Terry Carter in Compton earlier this year) in order to persuade Knight to provide information regarding the murders of Tupac and Biggie. Poole was believed to be collaborating with Suge Knight to get him out from under his current criminal complications in exchange for him providing information on the Tupac and Biggie murders."[4]

The fact is that the meeting with Russell was set up three weeks ahead of time. The content of what was discussed is highly accurate. That information had to come from within The Sheriff's Department. How does the suspect’s camp get information so quickly from within the department about an investigation that ties directly back to that suspect?

I didn't realize that Reggie Wright Sr. had his retirement party on July 18, 2014.[5] I had thought he retired much earlier. All of the people in the Sheriff’s Department were working alongside of Reggie Wright Sr. who was videotaped at the MGM Grand Hotel, the night Tupac Shakur was killed, supervising the interrogation of Orlando Anderson. Orlando Anderson is the person Compton Police offered up as the shooter of Shakur. Reggie Wright Sr. was prominent in the Compton Police Investigation of the Shakur murder.[6] Isn't it a severe conflict of interest for Wright Sr. to have participated in the MGM Orlando Anderson scuffle and to have participated in the investigation of the Tupac Murder? Wouldn't it also be a conflict of interest for him to investigate the Tupac murder with his son heading up security for Death Row Records?

Reggie Wright Sr. from Biggie & Tupac Movie

The 1999 - 100 page Internal Affairs Report of the Compton Police Department corruption details that "implicated as responsible to varying degrees by the investigators were Taylor, Perrodin, Lt. Reginald Wright Sr., Sgt. William Mosley, Sgt. Robert Baker, Sgt. Henry Robinson and Sgt. John Wilkinson."[7]

Now I am not surprised that information leaks out of the Sheriff's so quickly as the ties to Reggie Wright Sr. are so fresh. The shooting of Suge Knight at the 1Oak was just a month after the retirement of Wright. Has anyone questioned why two incidents involving attempts on Suge Knight's life both occur where Sheriff's would respond? Is anyone surprised? Biddle handled both crime scenes (Tams and 1Oak) as a severe conflict of interest. There are many ties back to Wright Sr., Wright Jr., and Los Angeles Sheriff’s including the off-duty Sheriff that let the shooters into the 1Oak and dropped them off at the airport.[8]

Jim McDonnell must now sweep those leaks out of the department.

I Fight For Those Who No Longer Have Voices

By Michael Douglas Carlin

I was driving on the transition today from the 105 Freeway to the 405 Freeway. The island of land in the middle of the transition has become a tent city. They are popping up all around us. We don't hear anything being said about the disenfranchised by our politicians. I doubt that we will hear any candidate for President talk about them because these are people who don't vote.

I wrote to Police Chief Charlie Beck about an injustice that I personally saw that left our world less safe. I have yet to receive a response. I may never receive one. Many of my friends have asked me why I have inserted myself into this Tupac & Biggie case - reaching out and demanding justice - putting myself out there. I want to be able to tell my kids and grandkids that this world is getting better - that no matter what your personal choices, (religion, sexual preference, beliefs, etc.) or your background (race, gender, handicap, etc.) that you will have equal status under the law... but I can't!

Because it isn't true.

It ought to be.

I thought when I started uncovering evidence about the murders of Tupac and Biggie that Law Enforcement would easily get involved and solve the cases. I still believe they will... but not because it is the right thing to do! They will only get involved when ten thousand Tupac and Biggie fans demand they reopen the cases and get to the truth. WHEN PEOPLE DEMAND IT, THERE WILL BE JUSTICE FOR TUPAC AND BIGGIE and not one minute before.

Two lives were cut short and we were robbed of their creativity. The world was left worse off on the days they were killed.

Tupac and Biggie brought the plight of the streets into American Living Rooms. Who is doing that now? I am not aware of anyone really doing it. Who is telling America about the tent cities popping up all over our city? I am not hearing it.

If Tupac were alive today I can't imagine him driving by those tent cities and remaining silent. Tupac wasn't about the money... he was about the message and he was silenced. He would have fought for you - can't ten thousand of you turn around and fight for him? Or are you all cowards?

When an injustice anywhere happens this world is less safe. When people don't stand up for injustices it is only a matter of time until those that are put in harm's way are the same people who don't stand up. It happened in Nazi Germany and it can happen here.

Let's all agree to draw a line in the sand and say that two lives matter only because all lives matter. THEY WOULD HAVE AGREED. Those two lives are part of an era of racism in America. Many have pointed out to me that if two white recording artists had been killed that no stone would have been unturned to bring their killers to justice. I wish I lived in a world where two black rappers murders would have the same effect on law enforcement and the people... but it isn't too late to change! It isn't too late for that world, where all people are treated equal under the law, can be ushered in. But it can only be ushered in if all of AMERICA ushers it in.

Martin Luther King's dream had two parts - that we would not be judged by the color of our skin (I include gender, religion, sexual preference, handicap, beliefs, etc.). But the second part is that we judge by the content of character.

I recently have been reading about a prominent Nazi. He was alarmed by the way Adolf Hitler was being portrayed in books and movies because if we are looking for a monster or madman and not a human we won't recognize the next Adolf Hitler. The killers of Tupac and Biggie may have families, they may have regular problems like all of us... but if they are responsible for killing one, two, or more people they are monsters. They should be brought to justice. WE CANNOT ALLOW ANY MURDER TO GO UNSOLVED!

Draw that line in the sand with me and recognize the monster or madman in these killers and bring them to justice. Some of you have clues to the killings and have never before come forward. Please allow murderers to be arrested, arraigned, charged, and judged in a court of law by the content of their characters.

America will be a little safer when justice is served.

Please tweet to Police Chief Charlie Beck and ask him why a key piece of evidence was leaked by his department instead of being investigated. Ask him to personally see to it that it gets properly investigated. You can find him on Twitter: @LAPDChiefBeck

LAPD Leaks Confession Letter In Tupac’s Murder That Might Be Reason Suge Knight Shot?

By Michael Douglas Carlin

Update 7/23/2015: We have received confirmation that Suge Knight's shooting was directly tied to the attempted murder back in 1996. When they couldn't kill him they put him in prison. Now that he is out they want him dead. It probably wasn't the same shooters but it is definitely related. They picked the 1Oak and Compton as the venues to attack Suge Knight for a reason. You can guess what that reason is... All of Suge Knight's problems trace directly back to September 7, 1996 when he was supposed to be killed and Tupac was shot with wounds that led to his death 6 days later.

Update 8/27/2014: Some of the details of the shooting have been surfacing. It appears that Suge Knight was the target of the shooting. Keith Middlebrook said, "Two gang members showed up and accused Suge of killing Tupac and called him a traitor. I think they were two guys from Compton. They yelled at Suge, 'You killed Tupac.'"

This is consistent with the premise of this article. Why would the shooters mention Tupac? They were trying to tie Suge to the Tupac killing to steer the investigation away from those responsible for the murder. Clearly Suge would never put himself in the driver's seat when his passenger was going to be killed. This was a plot to kill both Tupac and Suge and to take Death Row Records and the associated revenue away. But Suge didn't die back then and he didn't die this time either.

The evidence seems to always point back to Compton. Who ran the Compton Police? Who has deep ties into the Compton Gangs? Quite possibly the shooter(s) in the most recent attempt to kill Suge Knight were the very same people that killed Tupac Shakur.

Tupacileaks has received 1000 pages of documents. On December 1st all of this will be released to the public. The pursuit of the truth is underway.

I just want to begin by saying that I don’t know any of the details of the shooting last night. It seems that getting specific details has been tough from typical news sources.

But I do find it curious that on August 18th a website posts a confession letter, leaked by the Los Angeles Police Department, which gets 6000 views. The letter was given to LAPD by Russell Poole and RJ Bond two months ago and was leaked by someone in the department. The Confession Letter alleges that Reggie Wright Jr. gave information to gangs to kill both Tupac and Suge Knight on the night of September 7th 1996. Early this morning on the 24th, just six days after the letter leaks publicly, Suge Knight is allegedly shot six times.

For those of you that don’t know the history I will recap. Suge Knight and Tupac are shot while driving from Suge Knight’s home in Las Vegas to Club 662 on the night of September 7th 1996. Suge is injured in the shooting but walks away. Tupac is shot four times and is given a 50%/50% chance of survival but is only able to hold on for a few days. He dies on September 13, 1996. Michael Moore, a former Tupac bodyguard, tells of standing right next to Reggie Wright at the time of the shooting and hearing, “Got ‘em” come over Wright’s radio. If the confession letter is right and this was an attempt on Suge’s life, there would have to be a cover-up. People that knew about the plot would have to be silenced or killed.

When you look at the shootings in the immediate aftermath of the Tupac slaying, they mostly involved people that might have known something about the murder from Yafeu Fula to Orlando Anderson and many in-between. When you look at the next wave of killings just before Suge was released from prison it involved Suge's inner-circle: Buntry, Heron, Poochie, and Hen Dog. Seems that someone was trying to make sure that Suge was unable to pull together muscle to resume his reign.

If there is any truth to the confession letter the killing of Tupac and attempt on Suge’s life may have been kept from Suge for years. Six days ago a puzzle piece emerged that says Suge was in the crosshairs the night Tupac was murdered. In the immediate aftermath of the Shakur killing and Knight’s incarceration for a probation violation, there was total chaos at Death Row Records. Equipment, furniture, motorcycles, cars, and master tapes were disappearing. Once Reggie Wright was put in charge all of the chaos ended.

Details of the shooting last night are not yet available I would hope that the confession letter would be fully investigated by law enforcement. I would also hope that all relevant documents can be released to the public instead of leaked to stall the investigation.

There is a rash of violence tied to Tupac’s murder including the slaying of Biggie Smalls on March 9, 1997. The similarity of the murders is compelling. There are two differences that stand out. The Tupac slaying was a wide pattern of bullets (bullets hit all over the car) with regular bullets being used. The Biggie killing is the same type of drive-by with a relatively tight pattern (bullets hit Biggie’s door) and armor-piercing GECO rounds used seeming to indicate that this hit was done professionally. The shootings are identical except for an experience modification. If the same people planned both murders, they would have learned something valuable from Tupac’s killing substituting a shooter that spent time shooting for accuracy as well as adding armor piercing ammunition to better pierce the car.

The family of Biggie Smalls sued LAPD and the City of Los Angeles claiming that LAPD officers participated in the killing of Biggie Smalls. A mistrial was declared when it was learned that thousands of documents had been withheld in the discovery process by LAPD. Now LAPD has leaked a document that could be the Rosetta stone to solving the case.

Here is the error-ridden leaked confession letter: There was a major problem with demo stilling. 2 song’s that 2 pac came out with were written by XXXXXXXXX. XXXXXXXX was a up and coming rap singer. He gave 4 demo’s to 2 pac to look over, because he meat 2 pac at the bonavenchur Hotel. 2 pac promised that he would look over the demo’s. XXXXXXXXX never heard from 2 pac, and 3 months later, after 2 pac revised the demo’s the song brenda’s got a baby was released. Brenda’s got a baby was written by XXXXXXXXX. XXXXXXX let that slide. But he continued to go to different recording studios. Finally in 94 XXXXXXXX started making money. And he was sponsord mostly by Sh Night. What Night did not know was that XXXXXXXX found out that he was being sold to Priority 1. There was a meeting in Reno. And XXXXXXX and 2 pac had dispute about song’s that were taken. XXXXXXXX was beaten down by 2 pac Soldiers. As day’s went by there was meeting’s with ICG – gear gang – ghost town – front street – 52 - A Try hoover’s - and South Park, A bounty was put on 2 pac and Night. YYYYYYYY. gave Info where 2 pac was going to be. There was 6 different barricades that no matter what would of happened no one would of made it out. I was the shooter that was told to take Night out. XXXXXXXX was the one that took 2 pac out. As for gun that was used, will be dropped off at the security booth at fox 11. please do not have stop or talk to one of my droppin off the gun.

Tell X-con how you whant it deliverd. I don’t whant to put it in a box cause I don’t whant you thinking it’s a bomb. If you need any other Info, give X-con a list so I can meet him were I feel I am in more control. If you would like, I can call you on a safe number and give you details of the clothing, cars, streets, and discribe any-thing you need to know to prove that I was there, the night 2 Pac tryed to escape, like a little pee-on bitch.

If we want this case solved I think the public needs to participate in getting to the bottom of the killings. I would invite anyone that has any documents that relate to the Tupac or Biggie killings to submit them to me and we can release them all on December 1st 2014 simultaneously in what what I am going to call Tupacileaks. LAPD withheld documents in the civil trial and started the leaking with this confession letter… let’s all get behind solving the case by putting together the dots and pouring through the documents. There are hundreds of public and private records – court cases, interviews, videotapes, and photographs. Let’s put them all in one place and release them on December 1st 2014. The blood of those murdered demand justice.
