LAPD Should Honor Russell Poole Posthumously

This commission only exists because of Russell Poole who was the first whistle blower. Russell Poole is an American Hero and he was a dear friend.
Last Wednesday Russell was visiting the Sheriff's Department with information to solve the Tupac Shakur and Christopher Wallace cases. At the conclusion of that meeting he grabbed his chest and passed away.
For 19 years he served as a member of this institution. An Institution he believed in. He knew that most of the members of the LAPD are hardworking honest people who want to the truth to prevail.
When the Rampart Scandal Leadership tried to sweep corruption under the carpet Russell tendered his resignation. That decision caused great hardship on Russell and his family but he always believed that he did the right thing.
Russell died working on a case. He was doing what he loved. He gave his life to honor the Homicide Investigator's creed that all resources would be brought to bare in solving the death of any human being when their life is taken by another human.
I would ask LAPD to please honor the contribution of Russell Poole posthumously.
Thank you!

Russell Poole Is An American Hero

By Michael Douglas Carlin

Today as I sit and reflect on the events of the last couple of days I get a chance to put it all in perspective without emotions clouding my judgment or being manipulated by information being released through various media outlets or on YouTube.

Russell always had doing what is right as his priority – he had the truth as his sword and justice as his shield. Russell Poole was a dear friend. He was a no-nonsense cop that bled blue. He respected police and the role of the homicide investigator in bringing perpetrators of crimes to justice. For 19 years he worked for the Los Angeles Police Department as a dedicated member of a well-respected team. He did everything he could to maintain the integrity of that team. When the leadership of that team placed a greater emphasis on shielding criminals than investigating them Russell Poole tendered his resignation.

Russell and I made a pact that we were not going to tell anyone about the meeting with the Sheriff’s Department. The investigator called Russell the day before the meeting to generally get an idea of what would be talked about and to confirm the meeting. We were starting to get traction in the case. Russell and I had several social meetings with Dave Demerjian from the DA’s office about the case choosing to meet over a beer rather than cause a stir by Russell’s visit to the DA’s Office. We had given Dave a copy of Tupac:187 and he was unenthusiastic about the idea of reopening the case. When Russell and I compiled the Tupac Murder Facts he started to show genuine interest, “Russ, I need an investigator from inside of law enforcement to move forward on this case.”

Both Russell and I had been in contact with Sheriff Jim McDonnell about the case and we began with a conference call. Jim had recently taken over the department and was buried just getting the lay of the land. He became unresponsive to either of Russell or my text messages or voice messages simply because he was being pulled in so many different directions.

Leadership LA was hosting an event where McDonnell would be the guest speaker so as an alumni I attended and cornered McDonnell and told him that we needed someone from inside of the Sheriff’s Department to work with the DA’s office. Jim reluctantly agreed to get us an investigator and then scurried off to a meeting with Vice President Biden. I followed up with his executive aide, Lieutenant Kerry Carter with an email that included both of our emails and telephone numbers. They called Russell to schedule a meeting for August 19, 2015 at 10 a.m.. Russell was asked to come alone.

At 9:02 a.m. Russell called me and we talked for 7 minutes. He told me he was stuck in traffic around Diamond Bar. On the phone he told me that he would be staying at his son’s condo to visit the doctor on Thursday. He was going to have his blood pressure medicine adjusted. We talked about the upcoming meeting and he promised to call me the minute he got out of the meeting. He said, “if anything happens to me you have to get the information we compiled out there.”

Noon rolled around and I assumed he was extending this into lunch but was encouraged that it was taking longer than anticipated. I even thought that maybe he was being offered a job with the Sheriff’s Department. At 3:51 p.m. I sent another text message, “still going???” A while later I sent, “Damn!” and then a little while later, “Must be a great meeting.” I had no idea what was actually happening. At 5:28 p.m. I got a text from one of our confidential informants telling me, “I just heard Russell has died, what the f***!!!!” I went on to Google and saw the news and that it had been posted 24 minutes earlier. I was devastated. The friend I was with started to scour the web while I made some telephone calls. Six minutes later, I was listening to Reggie Wright Jr.’s interview on Bomb1st.com. Now the questions were racing in my mind. How did Wright get a video posted so quickly. It is a 13.32-minute interview so walk that back. It had to take time to call it in, to put the background up, to publish it, to post it, and for it to aggregate into the search engines. For a time it was appearing in the first couple of listings on Google. We clicked on the video to listen to it a second time and the video had all of a sudden become private and couldn’t be played.

Did Wright know Poole wasn’t going to be walking out of the Sheriff’s office alive? It all certainly seemed fishy to me. Almost like the Kevin Hackey interview Poole had conducted, earlier in his career, where Hackie tells of Wright knowing about the murder of Bobby Finch just 3 minutes after it happened. Hackie called Reggie to give him the news and Reggie already knew. Hackie said, “how do you know” about this this it just happened 3 or 4 minutes ago. In the case of Bobby Finch either Wright had a tremendous information network or he was behind the murder. Here again Wright either has a tremendous network or he has something to do with this.

My mind was racing. I remembered that the corrupt Compton Police Department had been absorbed into the Sheriff’s Department instead of being disbanded and that corruption had festered and expanded. I thought about the inside information that Russell and I had learned that an off-duty Sheriff had let the shooters into the nightclub on the August 24th, 2014, the night Suge Knight was shot and had driven them to LAX the next day. There was a time when I was distrusting of everybody in law enforcement and I was sure that I needed to leave town. Wright’s intimation was that anyone that continues to investigate him is going to end up dead.

Some of what Wright had to say was right on the money. Some of what he was saying was misinformation. Russell Poole was not meeting with Suge Knight! Russell was not meeting with the female investigator that Reggie Wright Jr. referenced. He was talking to the Sheriff’s about the Tupac and Biggie murders trying to get an investigator within the department interested in looking into these murders. The Sheriff’s investigator had contacted Russell the day before the meeting to get a general sense of the subject matter and Russell told them about knowing that an off-duty Sheriff had been caught on videotape opening the door for the two shooters at the 1Oak club in West Hollywood and that the same off-duty Sheriff had been caught on videotape dropping the shooters off at LAX. The investigator was surprised that Russell had obtained the information and according to Russell he confirmed that the information was true. What made Russell think that the Sheriff’s were the logical choice was the fact that they control Suge Knight and that they have two very challenging cases – one where Suge was the victim and one where Suge is the suspect. The odds of a successful prosecution of Suge Knight, in light of all the evidence that we have, is slim at best. Information about bungling the investigations of both of those crimes is going to come to light especially with attorney Tom Mesereau on Suge Knight’s defense team. Russell then said, “look you have two dog cases that are going to cause the department embarrassment and you have the two biggest mysteries in music history that could make the department shine. Why not cut a deal with Suge now while you have influence over him to get him to cooperate with bringing the killers of Tupac and Biggie to justice.” After the telephone call Russell called me and relayed all of the information to me. He was genuinely excited about going to the meeting the following morning because he felt there was going to be movement in the case.

What Reggie Wright Jr. is right about is the jurisdiction issues that were discussed and I only learned that yesterday (August 20, 2015), when I received a telephone call from the investigator and Jim McDonnell.

Both of them called me to offer their condolences and to let me know what had happened. Apparently at the end of the meeting, Russell had begun to feel distressed and paramedics were called. They did everything they could for him but he passed away. Think about all of the safest places to have a heart attack. I would rate Sheriff HQ as the second safest place because there are so many people around that are trained in CPR. There is no way that Russell should have died on the 19th at Sheriff HQ of a heart attack – he should have survived. But that isn’t the case as we all know.

The call from Jim and the investigator was very heart felt and I appreciated it tremendously. We had a ten-minute call. I made it clear that I am a civilian and that I did not expect them to share with me anything they are doing or not doing on an investigation. The investigator brought up the jurisdiction issues that Reggie Wright Jr. talked about on his Bomb1st interview in almost the same way. I asked the investigator, “why Reggie Wright Jr. had sensitive information about the cases just minutes after the meeting happened?” He told me that information had to have come from Russell as he was probably talking to everybody about this. I called bullshit! I told him that Russell and I had made a pact to not discuss this with anyone and that there must be a leak at the department.

Russell was adamant that in order to actually let investigators do their jobs there had to be a willingness to investigate and we needed to give those investigators every opportunity of success. So there was clearly no leak from Russell.

So there are still unanswered questions about this and as always we only want the truth wherever that leads. How does Reggie know intimate details about what goes on inside of the Sheriff’s Department HQ? I can probably guess as his father and many of the officers Wright has known since he was a child were absorbed into the Sheriff’s that this gives him many information sources. He could have heard about it minutes after the meeting or he could have heard about it after the investigator talked to Russell the day before. We are living in a different era as Lee Baca had told me, “nobody is working anymore, they’re all on their cell phones.” Social media, texting, voice messaging has changed the game. The investigator could have immediately called Wright or it could be innocent and he could have conveyed that Poole was coming in to a colleague who shared it with someone that shared it with someone until somebody called Wright.

Sheriff Sherman Block did some great things for the community and the Sheriff’s Department. He set up youth programs that continue until this day. Lee Baca expanded those programs. They give the Sheriff’s a deep reach into the community to avert problems before they happen and to deal quickly with problems when they do occur because of that reach. Jim McDonnell now sits in leadership over the Sheriff’s and he understands the importance of his department’s connection with the youth. He encourages his officers to talk to the youth and simply ask them how they are doing – to let them know that somebody cares about them – and as he said on the 22nd, when he spoke to Leadership LA’s Alumnus, “it doesn’t cost a dime and it may be the only person this year who shows they care.”

Lee Baca pointed out to me, “In all of the years of the African-American Community doing demonstrations against the police, there has never been a demonstration against the LA County Sheriff’s Department.” He credits the youth programs.

I once ran a company with 100 employees. There were 100 headaches. You multiply that by 18,000 and you begin to understand the tremendous responsibility Sherman Block, Lee Baca, and Jim McDonnell have shouldered. While Baca was at the Sheriff’s Department he expanded the responsibility to include the MTA and Community Colleges. McDonnell walked into the 2nd largest police force in the nation right behind NYPD.

Russell’s father was a Sheriff. Lee Baca gave the eulogy at Russell’s Father’s funeral less than six months ago. Russell was excited that there would finally be traction in this case. He had a vision for solving it. That vision did include Suge Knight but not as Reggie misrepresented that Russ had been meeting with Suge. Suge is under a protective order and cannot have meetings with civilians. So there was no way Russell could have met with Suge. No, Russell’s vision for solving the case hinged on the integrity of the majority of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s who are hard working honest people that put their lives on the line every day. Russell previously worked with Jim McDonnell when they were both at LAPD and he had a tremendous respect for McDonnell.

He knew that McDonnell was going to root out the corruption that exists within the Sheriff’s. With 18,000 employees there is no way to control every single employee who takes an extra fifty or hundred-dollar-bill from a bust but there are standards to apply that give the Sheriff’s a whole new opportunity to be seen a whole lot different than they have been seen before and McDonnell is setting the bar high. He chose not to clean house when he arrived so that any whose enthusiasm had waned would have the opportunity to “get their heads back into the game.”

His 3.2 Billion Dollar budget seems like a lot but when you think about the facilities, vehicles, and personnel it doesn’t take long to soak up that budget. So McDonnell must find solutions to problems that don’t require money. Getting his 18,000 employees heads all in the game will multiply his reach within the department but it will also multiply his reach into Los Angeles.

Russell, the man that investigated the Rampart Scandal and made LAPD police corruption public, believed in this vision. He believed Sheriff’s are in the right place to solve this case and in spite of the jurisdiction issues he believed they should be handed the baton. He believed in Sheriff Jim McDonnell. That is why he was at the Sheriff’s Department Headquarters taking a meeting with a homicide investigator.

I share Russell’s vision for this case and his support for the Sheriff’s department. Can I say for certainty that someone there didn’t give him something tainted? No, I can’t! But I can also say that even though Russell was hiking six miles a day that he was overeating and upon occasion I had partaken in a few too many alcoholic beverages with him. He was starting to make life changes and he had just begun to eat better, drink less, and I noticed a new excitement in his voice. Some of those changes may have been changing his body chemistry to where he needed to adjust his blood pressure medication. Keep in mind he was planning on seeing his doctor the next day.

I sent a message to Sheriff Jim McDonnell thanking him for his telephone call yesterday and saying how much it meant to me that he personally reached out. I also said, “Russell’s ghost will haunt the new HQ to root out any and all corruption… He is now your partner from the other side.”

So there Russell was working on a case – doing what he loved! The new Sheriff’s facility was only opened a short time before Russell walked through those doors armed with information that he felt would solve the case. He was bringing resolution to something that had eaten at him for 19 years. In the heat of battle, this Knight of Malta, was taken on the field of battle. He lived a life of honor and he died a hero’s death at the most important law enforcement facility in Los Angeles. This was a magnificent death for an American Patriot who added his blood to the millions of others that have contributed to building a “more perfect union.” Goodbye friend, I will miss you!!!

Russell Poole Releases Chaos Merchants Posthumously

Former LAPD Detective Russell Poole’s Death

by Michael Douglas Carlin
michaeldouglascarlin@gmail.com

August 19, 2015

Russell is an American Hero. He knew the risks of what he was doing. We talked about it. He and I made a pact that if one of us was killed the other would get the information out there where it could be used to bring the killers to justice. He died for something he believed in. He died because the Tupac and Biggie cases have always stuck in his craw and he wanted to solve them. He did solve them. He first tried to meet with LAPD and they burned him. He thought the Sheriff’s provided an alternative that would serve justice. He hiked six miles a day and was in better health than I had ever seen him in. His spirits were high as he felt finally there would be someone that would bring this case to closure.

I spoke with Russell Poole at 9 AM this morning. He was stuck in traffic in Diamond Bar on the 60 and he was on the way to meet with the LA County Sheriff’s in Monterey Park. I had talked to him yesterday about cancelling the meeting but out of respect for Jim McDonnell he felt he should go through with it. He was on his way to talk about the murder of Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls with summary pages that were footnoted about the case. Russell told me he was going to call me the minute he got out of the meeting and let me know what was said. I waited and waited but got no word from him. I sent a few inquiring text messages and got no response.

About 5:30 PM I got a text message from one of my confidential informants telling me that Russell Poole was dead. I immediately looked it up on Google and sure enough the news reports were already in that Russell had died. It is strange that it hit the media before his family was notified. I was the one that called his aunt and she broke down in tears from the news.

What is also strange is that Bomb1st had an interview from Reggie Wright Jr. who already had the news and he said he was glad Russell was dead[1]. He also talked about our summary pages of information like he had those pages in front of him. He knew exactly what Russell was there to discuss. I know because Russell and I spent hours on the telephone discussing this meeting and preparing for it. How did Reggie Wright Jr. know about what homicide investigators were discussing with Russell minutes after the meeting and Russell dying?

This ties back directly to Suge Knight’s current legal troubles, his shooting at the 1Oak night club and the attempt on Suge’s life on the night of September 7th 1996, when Tupac was shot and later died as a result of the wounds he received that night. My opinion is that Russell was murdered because we have uncovered the truth about the murder of Tupac Shakur. It is reminiscent of the attempted murder of Michael “Harry-O” Harris while he was in prison and given a 7-up by one of the central characters in this story. It also makes me wonder if Tupac wasn’t given something in those final hours. He seemed to be on the mend and took a turn for the worse and then his body was rushed off to be cremated.

The truth is that an off-duty Sheriff was videotaped letting the two shooters into the 1Oak Nightclub to kill Suge Knight. They picked the nightclub because the Sheriffs would respond to the crime scene. Standard protocol was not observed and they turned out the nightclub without getting witness statements. The crime scene was purposely bungled by Sheriffs so that no prosecution could ever by made. The same off-duty Sheriff was caught on videotape dropping the shooters off at LAX. He was brought in for questioning and fired. The investigation led to a payment of $50,000 to the shooters by someone directly tied to this story who was questioned. But no charges have ever been filed. Then Suge is lured down to the Straight Outta Compton set where he will again be in LA County Sheriff’s jurisdiction. Again the crime scene is bungled and key witnesses are allowed to leave without giving statements or getting their contact information.

THE SAME INVESTIGATOR HANDLED BOTH CRIME SCENES WHICH IS A HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Then David Kenner is appointed as Suge’s attorney. Suge claims that David Kenner stole 80 million dollars from him.[2] Kenner tries to make deals with the prosecution to sell Suge Knight down the river. On March 2nd there is a hearing to transfer the case to downtown. Suge Knight rises and fires David Kenner. Ignoring Suge there is discussion after David Kenner is fired and they try to reach a deal for Suge Knight. There is a closed-door meeting after Kenner is fired with Kenner and those transcripts have been withheld and then they were doctored before being released.

On March 17th the Sheriff Investigator that handled both cases – the one embroiled in the conflict of interest visits the judge and gets him to sign a protective order that would not allow Suge Knight to have any other contact (incoming or outgoing) with anyone other than David Kenner. That protective order is signed 15 days after David Kenner was fired as Suge Knight’s attorney.

The Sheriff’s Investigator called Russell Poole yesterday to ask about what they would discuss. Russell told the investigator that he knew that an off-duty Sheriff had participated in the attempted murder on Suge Knight. He told them that they had a dog case on their hands and that they could save themselves from ultimate embarrassment when it became public that an off-duty Sheriff participated in the attempt on Suge Knight. The investigator urged Poole to bring all of his case files on a disk to provide to investigators. He confirmed that, indeed an off-duty Sheriff had participated in the attempt on Suge Knight and asked Russell how he came to possess this information. Russell said he did not disclose the source of this information.

So now Suge Knight’s life is in danger. Why? The Compton Police Department was corrupt and they were not disbanded instead they were absorbed into the LA County Sheriff’s Department. The Compton Police were involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur and the cover-up. Reggie Wright Sr. is on the full MGM surveillance tape watching Orlando Anderson be interrogated. Look at the end of the tape. Who is it that shakes Orlando Anderson’s hand and takes him away at the end of the tape? Is it the same man who knows about Russell’s visit and the intimate details of their conversation?

There are still remnants of the corruption inside of the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. They have access to the jail system. I believe that Suge Knight is in danger now and that they have been attempting to kill him ever since September 7, 1996 because of the hundreds of millions of dollars Death Row Records was worth at the time. If he is not removed from the Sheriff control there is a high probability he will not survive.

I like Sheriff Jim McDonnell and I supported him in his Sheriff’s campaign. I met with him last year in March and wrote an article about him. You can see it on the American News Service Website.[3] It is my opinion that Jim has no idea about the corruption that still exists within the Sheriff’s Department. There are over 18,000 employees and he has yet to clean house. Now is the time Sheriff for you to act swiftly to solve the Tupac and Biggie Murders and to do the right thing here in the memory of Russell Poole. Russell’s father was an LA County Sheriff for decades. He was well respected and he deserves for you to treat his son right.

To Jim McDonnell on a personal note. Today I called you on your cell phone. I sent you numerous text messages and you have yet to respond to me. Please do the right thing for Russell Poole. It was you that set up this meeting. We discussed it on July 22nd. There needs to be a full investigation into this death with a coroner’s looking into all exotic toxins that could trigger a heart attack. Then again we know there are substances that are untraceable. Please do the right thing here.

PAGES 5 – 12 ARE WHAT RUSSELL
GAVE TO THE SHERIFF INVESTIGATORS.

I apologize for the rough form that the rest of this document is in but it was only a draft and not scheduled to be released until September 13th. I am releasing it now so that the truth has a chance of getting out there. Russell’s estate and I retain the copyright but I intend for all of you to know that we encourage you to share it with true Tupac and Biggie Fans.

LAPD Leaks Confession Letter In Tupac’s Murder That Might Be Reason Suge Knight Shot?

By Michael Douglas Carlin

Update 7/23/2015: We have received confirmation that Suge Knight's shooting was directly tied to the attempted murder back in 1996. When they couldn't kill him they put him in prison. Now that he is out they want him dead. It probably wasn't the same shooters but it is definitely related. They picked the 1Oak and Compton as the venues to attack Suge Knight for a reason. You can guess what that reason is... All of Suge Knight's problems trace directly back to September 7, 1996 when he was supposed to be killed and Tupac was shot with wounds that led to his death 6 days later.

Update 8/27/2014: Some of the details of the shooting have been surfacing. It appears that Suge Knight was the target of the shooting. Keith Middlebrook said, "Two gang members showed up and accused Suge of killing Tupac and called him a traitor. I think they were two guys from Compton. They yelled at Suge, 'You killed Tupac.'"

This is consistent with the premise of this article. Why would the shooters mention Tupac? They were trying to tie Suge to the Tupac killing to steer the investigation away from those responsible for the murder. Clearly Suge would never put himself in the driver's seat when his passenger was going to be killed. This was a plot to kill both Tupac and Suge and to take Death Row Records and the associated revenue away. But Suge didn't die back then and he didn't die this time either.

The evidence seems to always point back to Compton. Who ran the Compton Police? Who has deep ties into the Compton Gangs? Quite possibly the shooter(s) in the most recent attempt to kill Suge Knight were the very same people that killed Tupac Shakur.

Tupacileaks has received 1000 pages of documents. On December 1st all of this will be released to the public. The pursuit of the truth is underway.

(originally posted on 8/24/2014)
I just want to begin by saying that I don’t know any of the details of the shooting last night. It seems that getting specific details has been tough from typical news sources.

But I do find it curious that on August 18th a website posts a confession letter, leaked by the Los Angeles Police Department, which gets 6000 views. The letter was given to LAPD by Russell Poole and RJ Bond two months ago and was leaked by someone in the department. The Confession Letter alleges that Reggie Wright Jr. gave information to gangs to kill both Tupac and Suge Knight on the night of September 7th 1996. Early this morning on the 24th, just six days after the letter leaks publicly, Suge Knight is allegedly shot six times.

For those of you that don’t know the history I will recap. Suge Knight and Tupac are shot while driving from Suge Knight’s home in Las Vegas to Club 662 on the night of September 7th 1996. Suge is injured in the shooting but walks away. Tupac is shot four times and is given a 50%/50% chance of survival but is only able to hold on for a few days. He dies on September 13, 1996. Michael Moore, a former Tupac bodyguard, tells of standing right next to Reggie Wright at the time of the shooting and hearing, “Got ‘em” come over Wright’s radio. If the confession letter is right and this was an attempt on Suge’s life, there would have to be a cover-up. People that knew about the plot would have to be silenced or killed.

When you look at the shootings in the immediate aftermath of the Tupac slaying, they mostly involved people that might have known something about the murder from Yafeu Fula to Orlando Anderson and many in-between. When you look at the next wave of killings just before Suge was released from prison it involved Suge's inner-circle: Buntry, Heron, Poochie, and Hen Dog. Seems that someone was trying to make sure that Suge was unable to pull together muscle to resume his reign.

If there is any truth to the confession letter the killing of Tupac and attempt on Suge’s life may have been kept from Suge for years. Six days ago a puzzle piece emerged that says Suge was in the crosshairs the night Tupac was murdered. In the immediate aftermath of the Shakur killing and Knight’s incarceration for a probation violation, there was total chaos at Death Row Records. Equipment, furniture, motorcycles, cars, and master tapes were disappearing. Once Reggie Wright was put in charge all of the chaos ended.

Details of the shooting last night are not yet available I would hope that the confession letter would be fully investigated by law enforcement. I would also hope that all relevant documents can be released to the public instead of leaked to stall the investigation.

There is a rash of violence tied to Tupac’s murder including the slaying of Biggie Smalls on March 9, 1997. The similarity of the murders is compelling. There are two differences that stand out. The Tupac slaying was a wide pattern of bullets (bullets hit all over the car) with regular bullets being used. The Biggie killing is the same type of drive-by with a relatively tight pattern (bullets hit Biggie’s door) and armor-piercing GECO rounds used seeming to indicate that this hit was done professionally. The shootings are identical except for an experience modification. If the same people planned both murders, they would have learned something valuable from Tupac’s killing substituting a shooter that spent time shooting for accuracy as well as adding armor piercing ammunition to better pierce the car.

The family of Biggie Smalls sued LAPD and the City of Los Angeles claiming that LAPD officers participated in the killing of Biggie Smalls. A mistrial was declared when it was learned that thousands of documents had been withheld in the discovery process by LAPD. Now LAPD has leaked a document that could be the Rosetta stone to solving the case.

Here is the error-ridden leaked confession letter: There was a major problem with demo stilling. 2 song’s that 2 pac came out with were written by XXXXXXXXX. XXXXXXXX was a up and coming rap singer. He gave 4 demo’s to 2 pac to look over, because he meat 2 pac at the bonavenchur Hotel. 2 pac promised that he would look over the demo’s. XXXXXXXXX never heard from 2 pac, and 3 months later, after 2 pac revised the demo’s the song brenda’s got a baby was released. Brenda’s got a baby was written by XXXXXXXXX. XXXXXXX let that slide. But he continued to go to different recording studios. Finally in 94 XXXXXXXX started making money. And he was sponsord mostly by Sh Night. What Night did not know was that XXXXXXXX found out that he was being sold to Priority 1. There was a meeting in Reno. And XXXXXXX and 2 pac had dispute about song’s that were taken. XXXXXXXX was beaten down by 2 pac Soldiers. As day’s went by there was meeting’s with ICG – gear gang – ghost town – front street – 52 - A Try hoover’s - and South Park, A bounty was put on 2 pac and Night. YYYYYYYY. gave Info where 2 pac was going to be. There was 6 different barricades that no matter what would of happened no one would of made it out. I was the shooter that was told to take Night out. XXXXXXXX was the one that took 2 pac out. As for gun that was used, will be dropped off at the security booth at fox 11. please do not have stop or talk to one of my droppin off the gun.

Tell X-con how you whant it deliverd. I don’t whant to put it in a box cause I don’t whant you thinking it’s a bomb. If you need any other Info, give X-con a list so I can meet him were I feel I am in more control. If you would like, I can call you on a safe number and give you details of the clothing, cars, streets, and discribe any-thing you need to know to prove that I was there, the night 2 Pac tryed to escape, like a little pee-on bitch.

If we want this case solved I think the public needs to participate in getting to the bottom of the killings. I would invite anyone that has any documents that relate to the Tupac or Biggie killings to submit them to me and we can release them all on December 1st 2014 simultaneously in what what I am going to call Tupacileaks. LAPD withheld documents in the civil trial and started the leaking with this confession letter… let’s all get behind solving the case by putting together the dots and pouring through the documents. There are hundreds of public and private records – court cases, interviews, videotapes, and photographs. Let’s put them all in one place and release them on December 1st 2014. The blood of those murdered demand justice.
