U.S. soldiers fire a round down range from their M777A2 howitzer on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Aug. 22, 2014. The soldiers are assigned to the 4th Infantry Division's 2nd Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
